Information shared during sessions, messaging, or consultations.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- create your Avora Clarity Packet™
- review timelines and patterns
- prepare visit guides
- offer clarity and organizational support
- communicate with you about your sessions
- manage your Notion portal access
- process scheduling and billing
We never sell your information.
Everything you share is used only to support your clarity and communication with your healthcare providers.
5. How We Store Information
Documents sent by email may be stored in your client file for the duration of our consulting relationship.
Notion
If you have a Notion Client Portal:
- your documents may be uploaded or displayed in your portal
- you may request a deletion at any time
- only you and Avora™ have access
We Are Not a Medical Records System
We do not:
- create medical records
- maintain medical charts
- function as part of your healthcare provider’s system
Clients retain ownership of all documents they share.
6. How Long We Keep Information
We keep information only for as long as it is needed to support your consulting relationship.
You may request the deletion of your documents or client portal at any time by emailing us.
Deletion requests typically take up to 7 business days.
7. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except:
With Your Consent
For example:
- if you ask us to join a visit with your provider
- if you request that we share a summary with a family member
For Technical Services
Some providers (like Notion, email hosting, or payment processors) may store data as part of their service.
These providers do not own or control your information.
If Required by Law
This is extremely rare, but includes valid court orders or legal processes.
8. No HIPAA Relationship
Avora™ is not a healthcare provider, does not bill insurance, and does not engage in covered healthcare transactions.
Therefore:
- Avora™ is not a HIPAA-covered entity
- Avora™ is not a business associate under HIPAA
However, we still treat your information with care, confidentiality, and respect.
9. Your Rights
You may:
- request a copy of the information we have
- request corrections
- request deletion
- withdraw consent for services
- request closure of your Notion portal

At this time, Avora™ does not use:
